Maintenence-Installation-Repair Cluster: Advanced Manufacturing

Supervise and coordinate the activities of mechanics, installers, and repairers.

Process Control Operator/Technician
Maintain process technology equipment such as safety systems of drivers, compressors, pumps, and other operational equipment used in process technology. Install new equipment, monitor operations, and trouble-shoot any equipment problems.[4]

Electro-Mechanical Technicians
Operate, test, and maintain unmanned, automated, servo-mechanical, or electromechanical equipment. May operate unmanned submarines, aircraft, or other equipment at worksites, such as oil rigs, deep ocean exploration, or hazardous waste removal. May assist engineers in testing and designing robotics equipment.

Industrial Maintenance Technicians (Mechatronics Technician)
Repair, install, adjust, or maintain industrial production and processing machinery or refinery and pipeline distribution systems.

Master Mechanic
Apply advanced knowledge of mechanics, welding, plumbing, heating, ventilation, air conditioning and cooling, hydraulics/pneumatics, electrical circuits and programmable logic controllers to repair, install, diagnose, and assist in continuous improvement of equipment.

Machinery Maintenance Workers
Clean and lubricate machinery, perform basic diagnostic tests, check performance, and test damaged machine parts to determine whether major repairs are necessary. (OOH)

Sheet Metal Technician 3
Produces, installs and repairs metal parts using various tooling and machines with limited direction from his/her supervisor

Sheet Metal Technician 2
Produces, installs, and repairs metal parts using various tooling and machines

Sheet Metal Technician 1
Learns how to and assists in the process of producing, repairing, and assembling metal parts using various tooling and machines.
